Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Enthusiastically meet, greet and register all guests
• Develop and maintain relationships with Realtor Community
• Build rapport with customers and deliver a positive, effective sales presentation
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Educate home buyer on the sales, construction and warranty processes
• Accurately complete computer generated contracts
• Keep customer informed regarding home and loan status, and troubleshoot problems
• Promote teamwork and coordinate Home Buyer Meetings with Designers and Builders.
• Assure model homes and showcase homes are well maintained
• Actively prospect for new home buyers
• Actively follow-up with prospects

Qualifications:

• Proven presentation, negotiation and closing abilities
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service
• Previous new home sales experience, or 2+ years in a customer focused sales role
• Great listening skills and creative problem solving abilities
• Organized with the ability to multi-task
• Proactive follow up
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with computer applications
